Description

We are seeking a Shipping & Office Administrator in the Whitby area to handle crucial shipping, invoicing, and administrative tasks.

This role requires someone who can manage documentation, communicate with customers and couriers, and provide backup support for shipping and receiving operations.

Shipping & Office Administrator Duties:

  • Create waybills, invoices, packing slips, certifications of conformance, and customs documents.
  • Email shipping details and invoices to customers.
  • Contact couriers for pickups and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) for each shipment.
  • Update and file production and secondary records in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Update and create job packs as needed.
  • Provide backup support for shipping & receiving.
  • Clean office floors weekly.

Shipping & Office Administrator Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with shipping documentation
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to assist with office cleanliness
  • Daily access to reliable transportation
