Lease Program Coordinator (Automotive)

$20.00 /hour

We are seeking a dedicated Lease Program Coordinator in the Alliston area to oversee the administration of an our Associate Vehicle Program and Company Car Program.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are valued.

Hours are full time, Tuesday - Saturday.

To qualify, applicants must provide a clean driver's abstract and criminal record check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration and execution of the Associate Vehicle Program and Company Car Program.
• Ensure timely responses to email inquiries related to the vehicle program and company cars.
• Receive and inspect new units, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate appointments for vehicle handling and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
• Survey and document vehicle conditions upon return, managing licensing for program vehicles.
• Provide accurate inventory details to Customer Representatives and perform other assigned duties.

Additional/Backup Duties:

• Coordinate daily releases and prepare truck loads for product distribution.
• Monitor inventory, resolve billing issues, and assist with office tasks as needed.
• Monitor rail-car supply and distribution, prepare reports, and troubleshoot system issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in office procedures and software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
This position involves indoor and outdoor work with exposure to all weather conditions.
