Location: Peterborough, ON
Pay: $20-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Type: Full-time
We are looking for a General Bookkeeper & Administrator to join our team in Peterborough! This role involves both bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Assist with financial reporting and data entry
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Handle client communication and general office administration
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping and administration (QuickBooks or similar software is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
