Description
$20 - $25 /hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Scheduling & Bookkeeping Administrator in Peterborough to manage truck rentals, maintenance coordination, billing, and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate rentals, coordinate maintenance, and determine services for leased trucks
- Collect and enter mileage data into the portal
- Handle A/R & A/P, cash sheets, deposits, and monthly statements
- Process insurance premiums and maintain inventory of parts/vehicles
- Create and send invoices, billing, and facilitate payment plans
- Reception relief, answer phones, and provide customer service
- Use Word & Excel for lease and rental billings
- Maintain office presentation and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Accounting experience required, specifically in A/R
- Experience with CDK System is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, able to follow up and ask questions independently
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
