Description

$20 - $25 /hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Scheduling & Bookkeeping Administrator in Peterborough to manage truck rentals, maintenance coordination, billing, and office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate rentals, coordinate maintenance, and determine services for leased trucks
  • Collect and enter mileage data into the portal
  • Handle A/R & A/P, cash sheets, deposits, and monthly statements
  • Process insurance premiums and maintain inventory of parts/vehicles
  • Create and send invoices, billing, and facilitate payment plans
  • Reception relief, answer phones, and provide customer service
  • Use Word & Excel for lease and rental billings
  • Maintain office presentation and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Accounting experience required, specifically in A/R
  • Experience with CDK System is an asset but not required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, able to follow up and ask questions independently
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
