We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper with advanced QuickBooks Online skills to join our team in Peterborough, ON.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple company files, and excels in full-cycle bookkeeping.

Duties:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Manage multiple company files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare timely reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive QuickBooks experience, with an emphasis on QuickBooks Online.
• Professional bookkeeping experience.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across various financial operations.
• Daily access to reliable transportation
