Professional Pastry Baker Duties:
- Craft and prepare a variety of bread doughs from scratch, starting from flour.
- Perform the scaling, proofing, and baking processes with precision to produce exceptional baked goods.
- Innovate and develop new bakery products, catering to customer preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality control, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards.
- Other duties as required.
Professional Pastry Baker Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, with expertise in baking from scratch and bread dough preparation.
- Creativity and skill in developing new bakery products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Details:
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
