Description

We are seeking a Membership Sales & Social Media Coordinator for a not-for-profit organization in Peterborough, ON.

The ideal candidate will bring long-term membership recruitment/retention sales experience, demonstrated ability to create and schedule social media content and campaigns, and a knack for content creation and collection.

Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Duties:

  • Manage membership sales and retention initiatives.
  • Create and execute marketing materials using tools like Canva and social media schedulers.
  • Develop and maintain content for newsletters, social media, and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software for tracking and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • College diploma and/or relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience with social media content creation, campaign planning, and newsletter production.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
