Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team!
In this role, you will work almost exclusively with an Excel database. Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, as the position involves daily use of spreadsheets, data management, and administrative tasks. Training will be provided at a gradual pace, allowing you to build skills and responsibilities over time. As you demonstrate proficiency and initiative, this position will evolve into a full-time role with flexible working hours.
Duties:
- Daily management and updating of Excel databases
- Performing various office administrative tasks as needed
- Applying knowledge of business systems and functions to support operations
- Assisting with other office duties in a casual and collaborative setting
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and take on new tasks independently
- Familiarity with general business systems and office functions
- A proactive and flexible attitude
