Savoury Chef (Whitby)

We are looking for a Savoury Chef to join a dynamic team in the Whitby area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to our bakery, contributing to our reputation for excellence and creativity.

Candidates must be able to bake from scratch.

Savoury Chef Duties:

• Craft and prepare a variety of bread doughs from scratch, starting from flour.
• Perform the scaling, proofing, and baking processes with precision to produce exceptional baked goods.
• Innovate and develop new bakery products, catering to customer preferences.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality control, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards.
• Other duties as required.

Savoury Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker, with expertise in baking from scratch and bread dough preparation.
• Creativity and skill in developing new bakery products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
