Professional Bread Maker
Description
We are seeking an experienced Bread Maker to mix, knead, shape, and bake various breads while maintaining consistency and quality.
This role requires knowledge of dough fermentation, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to food safety standards. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and knead dough to proper consistency
- Shape, proof, and bake bread according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked and fresh
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bread Maker, Baker, or Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques
- Ability to meet production demands and follow food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends as needed
