We are seeking a Membership Sales & Social Media Coordinator for a not-for-profit organization in Peterborough, ON.
The ideal candidate will bring long-term membership recruitment/retention sales experience, demonstrated ability to create and schedule social media content and campaigns, and a knack for content creation and collection.
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
Duties:
- Manage membership sales and retention initiatives.
- Create and execute marketing materials using tools like Canva and social media schedulers.
- Develop and maintain content for newsletters, social media, and campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- College diploma and/or relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience with social media content creation, campaign planning, and newsletter production.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
