We're seeking a motivated Parts Manager for a new full time position in Lindsay, ON.
The role of the Parts Manager is to enhance efficiency, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and the successful candidate will be tasked with managing inventory control, processing warranty claims, ensuring accurate pricing, and overseeing stock orders, with other duties as required.
Parts Manager Duties:
- Streamline department processes to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory, stock orders, and warranty claims.
- Train and mentor the parts team, ensuring high performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate on annual objectives, performance reviews, and team development.
- Address deficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
- Foster strong interdepartmental relationships.
Parts Manager Requirements:
