We are seeking a dependable and creative individual for a new Home Design and Outside Sales Representative in the Cobourg area.

The ideal candidate is an organized, results-oriented, and creative individual to manage the sales process in our showroom, engage with customers to offer product recommendations and design advice, and handle administrative duties, shipping/receiving, and light housekeeping tasks.

Commission payable after the probationary period.

Home Design/Outside Sales Rep' Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients, both in the showroom and at clients' homes.
• Approach and engage customers, offering product recommendations and design advice.
• Handle administrative duties, shipping/receiving, and light housekeeping tasks.

Home Design/Outside Sales Rep' Qualifications:

• Solid math skills and tech-savvy (MS Office Suite and CRM preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Previous retail/sales experience and interior design interest/education are a plus.
