Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual for a new Construction Site Administrator position with our client in the Bobcaygeon area.

In this role, the Construction Site Administrator will be in charge of completing administrative duties during their company's construction projects, and are responsible for ensuring that all required materials are delivered to the work site, and calculating construction costs to to match construction plans.

Construction Site Administrator Tasks:

  • Understand project specifications and architectural documents.
  • Work with contractors and clients to assist in construction process.
  • Perform on-site inspections of construction progress.
  • Monitor and track construction progress and changes.
  • Write, prepare, and understand specifications.
  • Ensure required materials are delivered to work site.
  • Calculate construction costs to match plans.
  • Other duties as required.

Construction Site Administrator Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a construction administrative role
  • General construction knowledge and experience
  • Accounting skills and knowledge
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Daily access to reliable transportation
