Bookkeeper / Administrator
Description
We are seeking an experienced individual for new Bookkeeper / Administrator opportunity for a full time position at our client's office in the Peterborough area.
The successful candidate must be able to perform all basic bookkeeping functions, such as: AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation and deposits, and administrative duties such as reception, managing petty cash, and receiving orders.
Bookkeeper / Administrator Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliations and deposits
- Expedite/receive orders
- Manage petty cash
- Reception
- Administrative support
- Other duties as assigned
Bookkeeper / Administrator Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping and administrative experience
- Bookkeeping, Accounting or Business Administration Certificate or Diploma; designation an asset
- Administrative experience
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Strong MS Excel experience
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
